OWEN OUTWEAR ("we", "us") is operated by ARVION GLOBAL LLC, 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. This policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit our store or buy from us. For the purposes of data protection law, including the UK GDPR, we are the data controller of your personal information.

Information we collect

Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, items you buy, return and exchange requests.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
Communications: messages you send to our customer support.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type and how you use our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it and our legal basis

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and provide support (to perform our contract with you).
To prevent fraud and keep our store secure (our legitimate interests and legal obligations).
To send marketing emails (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link).
To show you relevant ads and measure their results, for example with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok pixels (your consent where required, managed through our cookie banner).
To meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements (legal obligation).

Payment providers to take payment.
Fulfilment partners and carriers to make and deliver your order, including our partner warehouse in China and carriers in your country.
Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and TikTok, where you have agreed to marketing cookies.
Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising here. We honour Global Privacy Control signals.

International transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and China. Where we transfer personal information out of the UK, we use recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, usually up to 7 years. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email support@owenoutwear.com. We will reply within one month. We may need to verify your identity first.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, contact us first. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. Elsewhere, you can contact your local data protection authority.
