Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your jacket. If it is not right, you can return or exchange it as set out below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Free first size exchange

If your jacket does not fit, your first size exchange is free. We cover the return shipping and send the new size at no extra cost, subject to stock.

How to start a return

Email support@owenoutwear.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
We reply within 24 hours with your return authorisation and the return address for your country.
Send the item back with tracking and keep your proof of postage.

Please do not send items back without a return authorisation. Parcels sent to the wrong address may be lost.

Return shipping costs

Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay return shipping.
First size exchange: we pay return shipping.
Change of mind: you pay return shipping.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping costs.

Customers in the United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window gives you longer than this. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods are not affected.
