These terms apply to your use of the OWEN OUTWEAR online store and to any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by ARVION GLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in Montana, United States, at 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901 ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

Our jackets are made of vegan leather (polyurethane, PU). They are not made of animal leather. We describe materials, measurements and features as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your country. For the United Kingdom and Australia, prices include VAT or GST. For the United States and Canada, sales taxes are added at checkout. Import duties are included for all orders. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

5. Shipping and risk

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos, you confirm they are your own and truthful, and you allow us to show them on our store and social media. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

8. Intellectual property

The OWEN OUTWEAR name, logo, product names, photos and text on this store belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the store for anything unlawful, attempt to access it without permission, interfere with its security or place fraudulent orders.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, Australia or Canada, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
