Shipping policy

OWEN OUTWEAR is operated by ARVION GLOBAL LLC. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Canada. We cannot accept orders to other countries at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the countries above.

Duties and import taxes

All orders ship duties paid. Any import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.

Delivery times

Order processing: 1–3 business days to quality-check and pack your order.
Delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Styles marked "Ships from US" are delivered to US addresses in 2–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and December, or because of customs checks and carrier delays.

Where orders ship from

Most orders are made and shipped from our partner warehouse in China. Selected styles are held in a US warehouse. We tell you on the product page when a style ships from the US.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show the first update.

Late or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
